PleezMe helps couples create personalized relationship ideas, tasks, reminders, and wish requests. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, Apple Sign in identifier, and user ID. We may collect profile and relationship preferences such as gender selections, birth dates, relationship stage, partner preferences, gift preferences, budgets, task frequency, and wish selections.

If you allow location access, PleezMe may use precise or approximate location, city, and country to personalize date ideas, places, and reminders. You can control location permission in iOS settings.

We collect app activity needed to operate the service, including generated tasks, wish requests, task status, subscription status, purchase history, AI credit usage, push notification tokens, product interaction, diagnostics, crash data, and performance data.

Photos

Photos added to completed tasks are stored locally on your device unless a future app version clearly tells you otherwise. They are not uploaded by the current app workflow.

How we use information

• To create personalized AI-generated tasks, date ideas, gifts, compliments, and reminders.
• To sync partner preferences and wish requests when you connect with a partner.
• To manage subscriptions, AI credit limits, promo credits, and purchase restoration.
• To send reminders and task notifications if notifications are enabled.
• To monitor app reliability, diagnose crashes, improve performance, and understand feature usage.
• To support marketing measurement where permitted by platform settings and consent.

Service providers

PleezMe uses third-party services to run the app, including Apple App Store and Sign in with Apple, Firebase services, Google Places, OpenAI services, and analytics or attribution tools such as Meta where enabled. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Tracking and analytics

The app may use identifiers and usage data for analytics, app functionality, and marketing measurement. Where required, tracking depends on your device permissions and iOS privacy settings.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support.

Your choices

• You can manage location, notification, and tracking permissions in iOS settings.
• You can manage subscriptions and cancellation through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children

PleezMe is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
